1) Align Your ROCm and Framework Stack 

A lot of performance issues come from one simple problem: version mismatch. ROCm, your framework build, kernels, and libraries work best as a matched set, not as a mix of “whatever was already installed.”

What to do

 * Use a ROCm-compatible build of your framework (PyTorch / TensorFlow / JAX) rather than a generic install that may fall back to slower code paths.
 * Start from a setup that’s already tested and stable, and lock the versions, so if you run the same training/inference job next week (or on another machine), you get the same behavior and performance, not surprises.
