Unlock peak AI performance with the MI355X on TensorWave’s AMD GPU Cloud. More memory, faster compute, and zero vendor lock-in.

AMD's MI355X GPU: A Closer Look

AI is evolving faster than ever, and the infrastructure behind it needs to keep up. The AMD Instinct™ MI355X GPU is built for exactly that. With industry-leading memory, compute throughput, and precision flexibility, it’s the next-generation accelerator for teams building and serving massive AI models.

At TensorWave, we’re not just watching from the sidelines. We’re first to deploy MI355X clusters in the cloud. That means our customers are already tapping into the unmatched performance of AMD’s most powerful GPU yet.

Why the MI355X Matters

🚀 288GB of HBM3E VRAM Per GPU

When you’re working with trillion-parameter models or long-context LLMs, memory isn’t a luxury, it’s a requirement. MI355X packs 288GB of high-bandwidth memory per GPU, unlocking larger models without excessive sharding, and reducing latency during inference.

📈 Up to 40,265 TFLOPS (FP4 Sparse)

Yes, you read that right. The MI355X crushes legacy GPUs across all major data formats: FP64, FP32, FP16, INT8, BF16, and FP4.

Compared to NVIDIA’s B200, the MI355X delivers up to:

 * 2.2x more compute
 * 1.5x more memory
 * Up to 40% lower TCO

🔁 Coherent 2.3TB Memory Across 8 GPUs

AMD’s Infinity Fabric™ enables a shared memory space across GPUs on the same node, which is crucial for seamless training and inference of large-scale models. No complex pipeline partitioning. No wasteful replication.

⚡️ 8TB/s Bandwidth

Bandwidth bottlenecks? Not here. MI355X boasts 8 terabytes per second of memory bandwidth (1.6x more than NVIDIA’s B200) keeping data flowing fast through the stack.

Across the board, the MI355X delivers more performance per dollar, per watt, and per model parameter.

Powered by TensorWave

At TensorWave, we’re not just making the MI355X accessible, we’re making it usable. Our cloud is designed for serious builders and scaled inference:

 * Bare metal performance with optional Kubernetes or Slurm orchestration
 * AI-native networking with 40TB/s RoCEv2 and 50PB of fast storage
 * Zero lock-in with support for your favorite tools, from Hugging Face to DeepSpeed
 * Direct liquid cooling for efficiency at scale

We’ve already deployed MI355X clusters in our Miami and Tucson data centers. No waitlists. No “coming soon.” Just pure, blazing-fast AMD compute and it's available now.

Ready to Build Faster?

The MI355X isn’t just the next GPU, it’s the foundation of what’s next in AI. Whether you’re training frontier LLMs, running high-throughput inference, or pushing the boundaries of scientific compute, this is the platform to build on.
