TensorWave and TECfusions Expand AMD Capacity: Tucson & PA

More capacity is one of the biggest asks we hear, and this is a concrete step forward. Together with TECfusions, we’re expanding our data center capacity in the U.S. We’re bringing new AMD capacity online across two sites: a 10MW deployment at Keystone Connect near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and an additional 10MW expansion in Tucson, Arizona, where TensorWave already operates its largest AMD-based cluster.

The update signals a continuation of what TensorWave has been building toward: scaling repeatable, high-density AMD infrastructure in multiple regions so customers can bring up GPUs quickly when timelines are tight. 

TECfusions positioned both builds around the same core requirements that define modern AI deployments; high rack density, direct liquid cooling, and power planning that can support sustained growth.

In Tucson, TECfusions noted the additional 10MW builds on an earlier phase that brought 14.4MW online in under four months in 2025, underscoring the speed-to-capacity model TensorWave needs to meet demand. 

In Pennsylvania, Keystone Connect becomes TensorWave’s first footprint in the state and is described as a multi-phase campus designed to support a longer-term scaling path, including a transition toward behind-the-meter generation as the site expands. “AI is expanding at a historic pace, and TECfusions is enabling that growth through speed, flexibility, and design innovation,” said Simon Tusha, Founder and CTO of TECfusions.

For TensorWave customers, the practical takeaway is more optionality: more regions to run in, more near-term capacity, and an infrastructure blueprint that can be replicated without forcing teams to pause and retool. According to TECfusions, both deployments are targeted for delivery in the first half of 2026.
