 * Fine-tuning
 * Inference
 * Post-training optimization

Without architectural pivots?


4. Capacity Guarantees

Is GPU access stable and reservable?
Or opportunistic?


5. Operational Clarity

Are observability, metrics, and debugging first-class?
Or afterthoughts?
